Lake Shore Drive Bridge, Lakefront Trail Phase 3

Hillsdale Fabricators completed detailing, fabrication, partial preassembly and delivery of 500 tons of structural steel for the final phase of the Lakefront Trail Flyover project near Navy Pier. The work included replacement steel for a historic double-deck bascule bridge and improvements to pedestrian pathways.

Hillsdale Fabricators fabricated thousands of individual steel components and coordinated deliveries with phased construction, limited site access and active bridge operations. The project supports expanded trail capacity and modernized infrastructure along the waterfront.
