Hillsdale Fabricators fabricated and erected 26,000 tons of steel for the K+S Legacy Mine Project near Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. The greenfield mine was the first new potash mine in the region in nearly 40 years.

Work progressed on a fast-track schedule through extreme winter conditions, including high winds and temperatures that dropped below minus 40 degrees Fahrenheit. At peak construction, more than 300 workers and 10 cranes, including an 850-ton crawler crane, were on site.
